Refund & Return Policy

Sundial Wellness Media LLC is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your CardioX order, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 calendar days of receipt.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. This right of withdrawal applies to all orders placed via florayrboostix.shop and is consistent with consumer protection principles including EU Directive 2011/83/EU where applicable.

2. Eligibility

Returns are accepted for any reason within the 14-day window. The product should be returned in its original packaging, intact, and unused or minimally used. We reserve the right to decline returns of products that have been clearly misused or damaged after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing info@florayrboostix.shop or calling +1-800-000-0000. Include your order reference (provided by phone at confirmation) and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable postal service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. For payment-on-delivery orders, refunds are processed by bank transfer to account details you provide. Refunds cover the product price only; return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened and substantially consumed (more than one-third used) may not be eligible for a full refund. We assess each return on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair and reasonable.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
